What You'll do:
- Define and design software architectures based on microservices;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members;
- Develop and maintain solutions using Java and Spring Boot;
- Work with relational databases to ensure performance and scalability;
- Use JPA for data persistence and manage builds with Maven or Gradle;
- Apply Git for version control and maintain code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, etc.);
- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and/or Kubernetes;
- Collaborate in agile environments, contributing to ceremonies and continuous delivery;
- Communicate effectively in Portuguese (spoken and written);
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
Mandatory:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Architect;
- At least 7 years of professional experience with Java;
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot;
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases;
- Experience with microservices architectures;
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes;
- Proficiency with JPA, Maven or Gradle, Git, and automated testing practices;
- Experience working with agile methodologies and tools;
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with React and Next.js;
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ;
- Cloud development experience, preferably with Azure;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices;
- Java certifications;
- Cloud-related certifications;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
