What You’ll Do:
- Manage and support Linux and Windows environments (servers and workstations).
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Provide IT support to internal teams and live broadcast operations.
- Ensure systems are stable, secure, and well-documented.
- Take care of user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Support audiovisual (AV) setups in production environments.
- Work closely with broadcast engineers to ensure live projects run smoothly.
Requirements:
At least 3–5 years of experience in IT systems or networking roles.- Strong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
- Solid experience with Linux and Windows administration.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure: storage, virtualization, backups, monitoring.
- A problem-solver mindset, capable of working under pressure when things get critical.
- Strong English (written and spoken).
- Experience in Broadcast or AV environments (SDI/IP video, AV equipment, routing), knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services, automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.), and awareness of cybersecurity best practices are considered a plus.
