What we are looking for:
To support our mission, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. You’ll be a key player in maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, supporting the onboarding of new employees, and helping to implement new technologies all while delivering exceptional service to our internal users.

- Provide first-level IT support for all employees and contractors across relevant IT topics
- Record, categorize, and prioritize service requests via our ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers; maintain accurate hardware inventory
- Set up IT equipment for new employees, create user accounts, and deliver technical onboarding
- Collaborate on and contribute to IT projects and continually improve existing IT solutions
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Completed IT-related training or initial professional experience in an IT support role
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing high-quality support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11
- Familiarity with Linux, macOS, and mobile device support
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Cloud (Entra) and On-Premise (Active Directory) technologies
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Basic knowledge of endpoint management and remote access solutions.
