Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar with good knowledge of IT;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on implementation of cloud base platform solution (similar to Service Now) and project and stakeholder management;
- Experience in supporting the deployment/adoption product (based on ServiceNow);
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL Processes;
- Proficiency with other ServiceNow module like HR Service delivery or Workplace service delivery will be a plus;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Good level of English.
