What You'll do:
- Lead and manage IT projects, technical initiatives, and service requests (order ticketing);
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services in line with defined SLAs;
- Use Jira and EasyVista for project tracking, service management, and reporting;
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables;
- Oversee and coordinate the full project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and monitoring;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
- Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager, with a strong background in DevOps or Platform Engineering;
- Solid project and service management experience;
- Hands-on experience with Jira and EasyVista is essential;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
- Portuguese Native.
