About the job
Belonging to GASC, your mission as International Mobility Officer will be to prepare package calculations and related documentation on a portfolio of international assignee files of any business line and geography. So, the candidate will be exposed to worldwide legislation and will be involved in technical discussions related with international assignments, immigration compliance, labor law, tax regulations and cross-border employment practices, contributing to the development and implementation of global mobility practices in the Group worldwide
Your Main Activities Are
Be the first point of contact of HR colleagues worldwide for queries relating to package calculations
Prepare compensation and benefit packages (automated, using external technology, or manually), paying particular attention to technical aspects
Prepare estimated projected costings for business
Prepare draft assignment letters, extensions, addenda and other related documentation
Participate in complex, confidential or high profile cases as and when required
Document and track country specificities for the relevant scope of activity
Provide advice, support and guidance to internal clients in respect of their assignments and packages, with a particular view to covering technical aspects
Participate in the team’s annual recurring processes
Monitor assignment end and other expiry dates; action as required
Ensure internal delivery is in line with SLAs and KPIs
Propose improvements to operations and processes
Participate in testing of new technology releases / upgrades and in reviews of policies and assignment-related documents
Ensure Group internal compliance requirements are respected at all times
Ensure application and respect of the Group’s policies and procedures
Oversee technical aspects (as above) and their developments to ensure compliance across the Group
Global mobility teams and broader global mobility HR teams elsewhere in the Group around the world
Occasional contact with other internal functions

Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of profissional experiencie inglobal mobility; HR or Reward function
Fluent in English and Portuguese
MS Office skills
Analytical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a great sense of confidentiality
Attention to detail
Strong sense of customer-focus
Strong team spirit, ability to integrate and also self-start
Ability to learn and adaptability
