Duties and responsibilities
- Supporting the development of the internal communications strategy (defining and refining how we do internal communications) in line with the Zühlke Group strategy and business goals, and the Group M&C strategy.
- Support developing and executing compelling internal communications plans and activities using various communication instruments for chosen Group initiatives in-line with the Group’s objectives and the groupwide internal communications strategy
- Responsible for the internal communications for selected groupwide Practices, Market Units and/or Functions, including executing the groupwide strategy and initiatives for internal communications with the Global Practice/Function/MU Head, defining and executing the internal communications stream for team initiatives and projects in-line with the Group’s objectives and the groupwide internal communications strategy
- Continuous stakeholder management in the assigned region with support and sparring partnership for members of the leadership team, People & Culture and People Leads
- Cooperation with Marketing & Communications as well as Employer Branding colleagues to ensure group-wide exchange and knowledge transfer.
- Support the creation of a diversified and engaging overall content plan including all internal channels, and continuous analysis and optimisation of employee engagement
- Manage internal communication channels (intranet, info screens, new tools, local internal events in close collaboration, etc.) to promote networking and communication across and between levels to foster the Zühlke culture, and create employee engagement
- Write creative, news and compelling copy for the Group as well as regions

Education and professional experience
- Has a bachelor’s degree equivalent experience in the field of communications/media/marketing studies, economics, psychology or social sciences
- Basic work experience in the field of communications
