Accountabilities:
In this role, within the HR Project and Portfolio Management team, you'll be part of a dynamic global team of project managers driving pivotal HR transformations across the business. From mergers and acquisitions to the adoption of digital and AI technologies, you'll be at the forefront of change in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
As HR Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans.
- Engaging stakeholders.
- Managing risks, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensuring quality standards and facilitating project closure processes.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation on project deliverables.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in managing projects.
- Experience managing projects in a global environment and coordinating work across different functions.
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using relevant office equipment and systems.
- Experienced with a variety of software and systems.
- Effective collaborator, capable of working successfully across multiple functions.
- Holds Project Management certification.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience working on global or large-scale HR programmes.
