The Impact You’ll Make
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational culture;
- Create employee-oriented communications: develop, author and design a variety of internal communications, including but not limited to presentations and announcements, making sure a clear and compelling message is delivered;
- Create and design visually appealing content for internal channels, including newsletters and intranet posts;
- Develop branding and visual identity elements to support HR campaigns, external events and fairs, and communication materials;
- Organize and promote internal events, such as social and wellbeing events, DEI initiatives, talks and workshops;
- Assist in the coordination of corporate employee programs and internal communities;
- Stay up to date with digital trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of internal communication.
What You’ll Bring
- Recently completed a degree in Communication, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Digital proficiency with experience in presentation and design tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud applications;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English;
- Interest in employee engagement and organizational culture;
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
