For our MTS GLOBE Portugal HR department, based in Faro, we are looking for someone proactive, organized and detail oriented, analytical and solutions oriented. You will be responsible for payroll and administrative tasks and HR continuous improvement projects within the payroll and labour relations area to ensure a consistent and professional HR service and close cooperation with internal and external partners.
The candidate will focus on people admin and HR analytics.
As a member of the HR department your main responsibilities will be:
- Payroll and administrative tasks including monthly payroll processing, contracts, annexes, termination documents, audit request and supporting any other related payroll queries
- Perform tax remittances, reconciliations, payroll incidents, …
- On-going social security updates or communications (hirings, sick leaves, and others)
- Trusted advisor to line management and employees about HR- related issues providing advice best practices
- Create, redefine and automate HR reports, following the main metrics and analysing the main impacts
- Prepare, analyze and present HR reports to support company decisions
- Develop HR metrics and KPIs that align with overall business goals and objectives
- Responsible for improving and proposing new processes, system or IT tool improvements within the payroll and HR administration area
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace Health and Safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Continuously work on improvements of administration processes
- Be used to Portuguese payroll standards, Social Security communications, …

- University degree or studies related to HR personnel administration
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Creative problem-solving skills, proactive and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated and happy to take on responsibility and drive topics forward proactively
- Factorial HR Software knowledge
- High knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR regulations
- Very good knowledge of Excel and advanced HR ERP PRIMAVERA user
- Health and Safety standards’ knowledge
- Very high English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Additional languages would be a plus
