About the job

  • Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools
  • Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenaince, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration

Your Main Activities Are

  • Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow thru all other support documentation for hiring purposes
  • Update internal databases with new hire/employees information
  • Gather payroll data and working days
  • Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rullings based on the labor law
  • Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance
  • Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations
  • Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Employee relations and human resources
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
  • Ability to deliver and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate
