The challenge
As our client base expands, we're looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead our customer-facing strategy - ensuring smooth implementations, building strong client relationships, and guiding a growing team of technical consultants.
You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in how our platform is introduced, adopted, and scaled across factory operations. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives on impact, collaboration, and customer excellence.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead a team, oversee complex implementations, and serve as a senior technical voice in pre-sales and client relationships:
- Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: Work closely with Sales to understand client needs and processes, deliver tailored demos, respond to technical inquiries, and co-develop compelling proposals.
- Project & Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients — defining project plans, setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality execution.
- Team Leadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success & Implementation team. Cultivate a collaborative and client-first culture.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for key accounts, anticipate client needs, and spot opportunities for product expansion or upsell.
- Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent BRAINR at conferences and events. Contribute to our thought leadership with insights from the field.
Requirements:

You combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You’ve led high-impact projects and teams, and you're excited to help factories transform the way they work through technology.
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
- Proven experience leading complex software implementation projects
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Solid understanding of digitization in manufacturing, ideally in the food industry
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building mindset and a focus on customer value
- A background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to think strategically
- Willingness to travel and occasional weekend availability for go-lives
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
