We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support French-speaking users and help them get the most out of the app. If you’re tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference—this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with any questions related to app features and functionality.
- Provide clear and helpful support via inbound calls.
- Guide customers through account creation, balance inquiries, and overall account management.
- Educate users about all available services and benefits within the app.
