Due to this growth, Efficio is seeking an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager.
Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and analytical FP&A Analyst to support our Commercial Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of relevant finance experience who is passionate about business performance, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in supporting forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, as well as delivering insightful analysis to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of monthly management reporting packs including variance analysis and commentary.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with business units and project leads.
- Analyse key business drivers, revenue trends, and margin performance.
- Maintain and improve financial models used to support commercial decision-making.
- Provide commercial insight on client profitability, resource utilization, and pipeline health.
- Assist in preparation of board and investor presentations. As well as yearly audit supporting information.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to collect relevant data and align financial plans.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of reporting tools using Excel or BI platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting.
- Working towards Accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with financial systems and/or PSA systems such as Certinia, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Exposure to FP&A systems such as Datarails, Anaplan or Hyperion is an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of presenting data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
