Passionate about food & drinks? We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive F&B Manager to lead the food & beverage operations at Sunset Destination Hostel in Lisbon.
You’ll oversee the bar and kitchen teams, manage costs and stock, and help create unforgettable guest experiences in one of the city’s most iconic hostels — right by the river!
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the F&B team and daily operations
- Stock, inventory, and cost control
- Managing suppliers and ensuring quality
- Coordinating with hostel management for smooth service
- Monitoring competitor prices and proposing improvements
- Using Excel and reports for tracking performance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in F&B team management and operations
- Strong skills in inventory and cost control
- Comfortable using Excel and digital tools
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Valid work permit for Portugal
- Has own accommodation in Lisbon area
- A hands-on, flexible and energetic approach
- Someone who’s versatile, solutions-oriented and a team player
