Job Description
In 2023, SlideHub began offering implementation services to help new clients get the most out of our platform. The demand for these services grew quickly – clients were happy, engagement increased, and our long-term relationships strengthened. This success led to the formation of our Expert Solutions division, which now supports clients with setting up brand-compliant libraries with high-quality assets.
As client interest continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help drive Expert Solutions forward. This is a full-time remote role based in Portugal, ideal for someone who brings together a strong eye for design and interest in PowerPoint with great communication skills in a client-facing role.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Expert Solutions Project Manager, you will:
Lead end-to-end client projects, including:
- Running client meetings to understand project requirements
- Offering structured recommendations and guidance
- Reviewing and optimizing templates across the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Creating brand guidelines and best practice materials
- Uploading and organizing materials into client libraries
- Delivering basic training to clients
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to pitch Expert Solutions offerings and identify new project opportunities
Contribute to improving Expert Solutions workflows, tools, and internal documentation
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills and is confident in leading client calls
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to guide clients toward practical, effective solutions
- A strong visual sense with an eye for design, consistency, and layout – ideally with experience in PowerPoint, though general design knowledge is key
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the self-motivation to take initiative and follow through
- Fluent English (business)
Preferred background:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, or a related field that combines visual and interpersonal skills
Bonus if you have:
- Hands-on experience with PowerPoint (having worked with master template set-up or professional presentation design is highly valued)
- Experience in client-facing roles (Project Management, Customer Success, or Consulting)
- Experience with visual identity and brand-asset development
- Familiarity with content or knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint, DAM, other internal asset libraries)
- A strong academic record

Salary
- The compensation will consist of a fixed salary without a variable component. Further details will be shared during the interview process.
