The Business Services Team (BST) consists of various functional professionals, including our business management and operations team members, who work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. Members of this team contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

What You'll Bring
- Fluency in French and English with very good written and speaking skills
- 2+ years of experience in an extremely fast-paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven, service-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, display attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
- Strong customer service orientation – responds to customers’ needs with a sense of urgency, and with a “How can I help” mindset.
- Proficiency in digital tools: MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Invoicing Amex, Chrome River, Zoom, Teams

You’ll be part of a diverse, dynamic team, whose members will not only make sure you get a good start in Lisbon, but to whom you can always turn to for advice, information, and support. You will report to the Administrative Services Manager, and work closely with Executive Support Services Leadership team.
