Main Purpose of the Job
Drive all activities around budgeting, paying and reporting spend of ESG Sustainable Sourcing & Climate projects with and on behalf of the ESG Sustainable Sourcing & Climate team.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
Support ESG Sustainable Sourcing and Climate team with budget management activities E2E :
- Ensure annual budgets are correctly reflected into ServiceNow through the required projects architecture & classification parameters;
- Ensure all required attachment are uploaded into every project;
- Gather and document all required contacts to enable smooth management of all projects' budget;
- Per project, define payment plan with the corresponding project manager;
Proactively drive payment of external partners involved with ESG Sustainable Sourcing or Climate projects :
- Drive creation of new vendors in SAP & creation of single-sourcing exception forms;
- Drive creation of POs & ICOFORMs;
- Unlock any blocking situation with NBS to ensure timely execution of payments;
- Drive creation of all invoices by partners/suppliers and processing of invoices by NBS and creation of GRs;
Periodically report on status of all financial aspects of ESG Sustainable Sourcing and Climate projects :
- Monitor projects payment plan execution monthly and remediate any blocker;
- Monthly report on status of POs, Invoices & GRs, actuals VS planned, defined next steps;
Standardize and document all procedures & tools to enable the E2E process :
- Create, periodically review, improve the required standard routine;
- Create, periodically review, improve and standardize all internal tools used as part of the job;
- Create, periodically review, improve and standardize all processes used as part of the job;
- Create, periodically review, improve and standardize all templates used as part of the job;
Critical Experiences
Academic Experience/Education:
- University Degree preferably in economics, business, IS/IT
- Advanced English Skills
Business Experience:- Project Management capabilities
- Good understanding of GLOBE Solution
- Experience of work with Stakeholders including senior management
- Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in P2P processes standardization across an international company
- Experience in a complex change management initiative within operational/system process
