Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for an ESG Data Management Consultant . The consultant will join the Finance department, working closely with the ESG Data Manager and multiple internal and external stakeholders, within the scope of the CSRD 2025 non-financial reporting project for the Group.

This position is Hybrid (3x per week onsite) in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to ESG data collection, analysis and reporting in line with the Group’s ESG strategy and regulations.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze ESG data.
• Support the ESG team in the roll-out of new ESG regulations, ensuring proper collection of new data points.
• Contribute to internal reporting on ESG metrics, including analysis of trends and identification of areas requiring strategic controls.
• Maintain accurate databases from different sources of ESG metrics to support internal stakeholders in responding to external requests (rating agencies, investors, clients, etc.).
• Participate in the roll-out of technology solutions for ESG data management, performance monitoring and reporting, and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements for the role

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with data management and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, etc.).
• Coding/programming skills are a plus.
• Experience or strong aptitude for project management.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and complex environment.
• Knowledge and genuine interest in ESG, sustainability and regulatory frameworks.
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
