About the role
We are looking for a ESB Developer with experience in TIBCO to reinforce our team working for Africa projects. Knowledge in Celfocus Order Management product is a plus that will be valued.
This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities including solution design, functional and technical analysis and development.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Analyze, design, build and test Integration solutions based on business requirements;
- Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project;
- Identify risks and impact on the project solution;
- Ensure the best practices in software design and development
- Leading and coaching junior team members.
- Report to management team.
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge of the Telco Industry (BSS/OSS)
- Knowledge of the Celfocus Order Management Product (plus)
- +2 years of experience involved in integration projects (TIBCO)
- Hands-on experience with the entire software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment procedures)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Availability to travel (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
