Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, fostering effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor activities and performance of agents, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contributing ideas to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Organize regular calls, events, and engagement opportunities to bring the community together and promote best practices.
- Ensure all agents are aligned with the latest methodologies, tools, and framework updates.
Qualificações
- Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps and suggest practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and engaging with different teams
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in partner or community management roles.
