Seasonal Waiter (June – September) | Join Our Summer Team at OLI wine&dine, Lagos
OLI wine&dine in Lagos is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable individual to join our team as a Waiter for the summer season.
Contract Duration: June to September
Location: OLI wine&dine, Lagos
Accommodation: Please note, accommodation is not provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and packing down our outdoor terrace (tables, chairs, umbrellas) — this requires a good level of physical fitness
- Welcoming and serving guests with warmth and a positive attitude
- Creating a vibrant, friendly atmosphere by engaging naturally and charmingly with customers
- Staying calm and efficient under pressure during busy service times
Who We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and sociable, with excellent people skills
- Fluent in Portuguese, with good English
- Available and committed from June through September
- Previous experience is a plus — but a great attitude is even more important!
What We Offer:
- Gross monthly salary: €1050–€1200 (depending on experience)
- Natal and Férias pay paid in addition to monthly salary
- 40 hours per week
- Two days off per week
- Paid overtime
- Family-style staff meals during shifts
- Fair and transparent tip sharing – tips are pooled and equally distributed among the team
- Full seasonal contract
