As the EdTech Implementation Specialist, you will play an important role in the successful implementation and optimization of our EdTech. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our platform into educational institutions worldwide. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of educational technology.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EdTech Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the global implementation of our educational technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration into educational institutions. Reporting to the Global Head of EdTech Implementation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful deployment and optimization of our platforms worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a background in EdTech implementation, project management, and a passion for advancing education through technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Head of EdTech Implementation, you will:
- Prepare data reports and communications related to platform performance and updates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for educators and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other EdTech teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined implementation process.
- Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate platform deployment success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and progress tracking.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor platform usage, user engagement, and performance metrics, generating insights to enhance platform effectiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of EdTech solutions across institutions globally, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in EdTech implementation, with a focus on learning management systems (LMS) or similar educational platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute implementation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams and working with educators.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying at the forefront of educational technology trends.
