Data Specialist

WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)

ROLE:

• Manage, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data from different systems and sources;
• Develop dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to support business areas;
• Map and analyze processes and systems, proposing improvements and data-driven solutions;
• Provide support and integration with project management and ticketing tools (Jira, Confluence, EasyVista, and others);
• Promote best practices in data management and workflow optimization;
• Ensure data governance and consistency for strategic reporting and analysis;
• Collaborate with different teams to implement improvements.

PROFILE:

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• More than 3 years of professional experience in data management and manipulation;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualizations);
• Strong ability to analyze systems and processes;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or traditional);
• Experience in management tools such as Jira and Confluence and in ticketing systems such as EasyVista;
• Experience in data integration between corporate systems is valued;
• Certifications in BI tools or agile methodologies are valued;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
• Good teamwork and communication skills;
• Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills.
