The Data Analyst role will be part of the Central Data team at Powerdot and will play a key role in the current phase of accelerated growth of the company. Moreover, the Data Analyst will be responsible for developing insights, analysis and eye-candy visualizations that support business decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and transform data from a variety of sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and surveys.
- Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Maintain and support a culture of strong data quality
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trends.
- Mentor co-workers on analytics best practices.
The Candidate we are looking for:
- Up to 4 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL, Python and a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Metabase or Power B
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast moving environment
- Great communication skills
- Easiness navigating in ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
