Main responsibilities:
- In-person, phone, and email customer service
- Answering questions and offering support
- Referring inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Logging and tracking customer interactions in the system
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, CRM)
- Legal disability certificate (60% or more)
