YOUR TASKS
- Represent Nordex on-site and lead the execution of wind farm projects.
- Ensure full compliance with Nordex QHSE standards and construction site regulations.
- Manage all on-site activities from initial setup to project completion.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on-site.
- Monitor daily productivity and report progress according to internal governance.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed and lessons learned are captured.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and undertake relevant training.
- Work with software tools such as SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3–5 years of experience in Site Management, preferably in large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex site operations.
- English (minimum B2 level) is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Teamwork and motivational abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad.
