What you will enjoy doing
- You will take a proactive approach to managing collections within a designated customer portfolio, assuming full responsibility and accountability for the collection process in alignment with defined policies and procedures
- Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote and maintain positive payment behavior
- Your role will involve analyzing and determining customers' creditworthiness for payments and deliveries, leveraging internal and external information and adhering to established guidelines
- You will handle and resolve complex customer inquiries that directly facilitate the settlement of outstanding debts, ensuring these queries are managed through to resolution
- In this position, you will provide guidance on reconciliation issues, address underpayments and overpayments, and handle cases involving insolvency
- Furthermore, you will take ownership of advanced credit management challenges as needed, supporting Front Office teams with expert oversight when required
What makes you great
- You have minimum secondary school (High School) and have previous experience in administrative roles
- In addition you speak a native level of French and English level B1
- SAP basic knowledge
- Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas (vlookups, conditionals etc))
- You ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a part/full time position based on an unlimited/limited/trainee/internship contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
