As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering high-quality dishes with precision, care, and creativity. Working closely with our Sous and Head Chefs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service runs smoothly, mise en place is well prepared, and standards remain high across the pass. What Do You Need?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up.
Confidence working on a busy section in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
Knowledge of kitchen procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety (Level 2 or equivalent a plus).
Passion for food, consistency, and teamwork.
