Job Description:

• Responsabilidades:
  

  • Planear, organizar e dirigir as atividades de produção, incluindo a definição de metas, prazos e recursos necessários.
  • Supervisionar e coordenar o trabalho das equipas de produção, garantindo que as tarefas sejam realizadas de forma eficiente e segura.
  • Monitorizar o progresso da produção e identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir.
  • Gerir o orçamento de produção e garantir que os recursos sejam utilizados de forma eficiente.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tecnologias e tendências da indústria da construção.
  • Reportar ao Diretor de Obra sobre o desempenho da produção.
  
  Qualificações:
  

  • Diploma de Engenharia Civil ou equivalente.
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em cargos de liderança em produção na indústria da construção.
  • Conhecimento dos processos de produção da construção civil.
  • Habilidades comprovadas de planeamento, organização e liderança.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoal.
  • Fluência em português e conhecimentos em espanhol e inglês.
