Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Global Category Buyer with 2 years working experience
- Independently analyze part family data, identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization, and develop and implement part family planning strategies, demonstrating a deeper understanding of supply chain optimization and cost reduction through part family management.
- Independently secure capacities with suppliers for new projects, demonstrating a deeper understanding of supplier capabilities and leading the coordination with suppliers to ensure readiness for increased demand.
- Independent management of material shortages at suppliers and Bosch internally, developing and implementing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions.
- Can actively manage Stakeholders up to department heads, proactively communicates topics and finds best solutions for Bosch.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Master degree, engineering background preferred, from renowned university as plus.
- Good communication skills, ability to manage business relationship with international stakeholders and suppliers.
- Self-motivating and able to cope with difficult situation, team player with flexibility.
- Fluent in English, knowledge in German is plus.
- Good analytical skills and negotiation experience is a plus.
