Job Description
purpose, scope & challenges:
The Business Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial team, providing accurate financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic insights. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
One of the main challenges is effectively interpreting complex financial data and ensuring clear communication between the finance department and other teams. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully navigate these challenges while contributing to the company's financial health and success.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in MS tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multifunctional team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
- Qualification as “Certified Accountant”
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in a similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Experience in consulting or auditing
- Experience with project management tools and big data analysis
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and financial diagnosis
- Knowledge of PowerBI
