YOUR ROLE
We are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Business Analyst and Tester to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements.
- Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide support during development and testing.
YOUR PROFILE
- Requirements analysis skills
- Ability to write functional tests
- Work experience in scrum methodology
- At least 4 years of experience
- Analysts with technical skills are preferred
- Experience in documenting detailed functional requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
