The Role
The Sales Operations Business Analyst will align with WTW’s broader Sales Operations and sales analytics strategy to execute requirements for Global FINEX (a team specialized in financial, professional and executive risks). This is an internal-facing role.
Key responsibilities are listed below. There will be a requirement to manage additional sales enabling project- based work as determined by the business.
Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Act as a primary point of contact for enquires and ownership related to the CRM system – including colleague training / support, updating CRM system related to global sales enablement activities
- Support the delivery of global sales enablement processes through data – create target account lists for various surveys, manage clients at risk process (identification, tracking and reporting of revenue at risk scenarios on the CRM system)
- Responsible to produce sales information and pipeline reports utilising data from the CRM system and other sources.
- Design, develop and implement automated systems and processes to manage the data and to improve existing reports
- Responsible for producing data analysis and insights related to client and market segmentation, priority setting & target identification
- Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to co-ordinate and manage sales campaigns
The Requirements
You are the person that we are looking for if you have:
- The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Previous experience with data research and sales data analytics
- Ability to identify data inaccuracies and raise issues as required.
- Proficiency in cleansing large data sets and utilizing internal enterprise data sources for mapping requirements.
- Understand the data model applied to business and geography
- Project manage changes required in data models and make suggestions on improvements in communicating analytics
- Experience with Microsoft tools, particularly above-average expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Power query/Excel
- Understanding of CRM systems and data lakes
- Technically savvy
- Team-oriented and collaborative
