Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret key data to produce detailed KPI reports, including sales budgets, forecasts, replenishment metrics, and product performance;
- Prepare and deliver performance reports across various business areas using ERP systems (e.g., NAV);
- Monitor store performance and provide strategic support to store management teams to improve operations;
- Develop and maintain dashboards to support strategic decision-making;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance processes and overall business efficiency;
- Assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, offering insights to improve future initiatives.
Requirements / Profile:
- Degree in Management or a related field;
- 2–3 years of experience in the retail (preferably fast fashion) sector;
- Ability to act as a critical and constructive business partner;
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively;
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently;
- Strong customer focus and results-oriented approach.
