What will be your mission?
As a Barman/Barmaid, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar service, customer service, beverage preparation and will act as a restaurant/bar ambassador in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
What will you do?
- Carry out the set up of the cocktail bar, bar and restaurant.
- Manage productions, orders, control of stocks of liquors and drinks in general, distillates and productions, bar supply.
- Supervisethe order and cleanliness of the point of sale (restaurant or bar) to which he/she is assigned.
- Welcome customers in the restaurant/cocktail bar and invite them to be seated.
- Give advice on the different products available in the restaurant/bar, take orders and be able to adapt to different customer requests.
- Prepare bar service: setting up, cleaning and dismantling tables.
- Know perfectly the menus and different products available at the hotel’s restaurant.
- Ensure that the quality standards of the F&B department, referring to the Collection brand, are met and even exceeded.
What are we looking for?
- Professional experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in spoken language).
- Creativity and ability to innovate.
- Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).
- Knowledge of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards.
