As a Backend Developer, you will define and implement visual and experience solutions for Nokia internal budget management tool. You will execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development, while designing consistently and working on constant improvements. In addition, you are responsible for coding, developing, building and proposing technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.

Start Date (tentative): October, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited school
- Define and implement visual and experience solutions for the internal budget management tool.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
- Ensure that designs are consistent and work towards constant improvements.
- Write efficient and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent
- Skills in Java and Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices
- Knowledge of Flowable BPMN, DMN, SQL
- Experience with Git
- Fluency in English
It would be nice if you also had:
- Skills in Jira
- Experience with Linux
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Pull Request)
