Who are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for an organized, dynamic, and proactive Office Manager who will become the beating heart of our Lisbon office. Heres what your day might look like:
- Ensuring our office is always welcoming, functional, and running smoothly.
- Handling administrative tasks (invoices, office supplies, managing suppliers, etc.).
- Taking care of our people (events, onboarding, birthdays, and more).
- Managing calendars and supporting meeting logistics.
- Being proactive, independent, and bringing great energy to the team!
Youre perfect for this role if you:
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- Are skilled with productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, Trello, or similar.
- Thrive in multitasking and prioritize like a pro.
- Are friendly, approachable, and communicate easily with diverse personalities.
- Are fluent in Portuguese and have good English communication skills (spoken and written).
