- Developing and executing business transformation strategies
- Conducting business process analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Identifying, managing and mitigating risks associated with business transformation
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Creating and implementing change management strategies to drive business transformation initiatives
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the progress of transformation initiatives
- Overseeing the development and implementation of new business processes and systems
- Providing guidance and support to teams during the transformation process
- Coordinating with the management team to ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to facilitate understanding and buy-in for transformation initiatives
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- English - B2 minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
- Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Business Transformation or similar role
- AML KYC experience
- Strong understanding of business strategy and operational efficiency
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful business transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
