What will your day-to-day be like?
- Management of air cargo shipments from the beginning to the end of their journey, responding to customer needs and company policies;
- Coordination with airlines, handling agents, suppliers, carriers and offices in other countries;
- Interaction with other departments: customs clearance, commercial and pricing;
- Negotiation of rates and spaces with airlines, carriers and suppliers in general;
- Monitoring of shipments, ensuring that systems are correctly updated;
- Management and control of shipment billing, including cost forecasting and control;
- Teamwork with colleagues from the center to achieve the company's objectives;
- In short: be proactive, organized and know how to make a difference in your field!

What do we expect from you?
- Minimum mandatory qualification: High School, Professional Course Level IV or Level V (we value training in Foreign Trade);
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the freight forwarding sector (air cargo);
- We value experience with the Cargowise C1 system;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy;
- Ability to work under pressure, setting priorities;
- Problem-solving and autonomous work skills;
- Sense of responsibility and integrity;
- Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory);
- Intermediate/advanced level of English (mandatory); knowledge of Spanish will be valued;
- Good knowledge of computer tools;
- Good communication skills;
- Availability for the following hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
