What You'll do:
- Design the decision architecture for the NBA engine, integrating predictive models, causal inference, and business rules;
- Define the types of models to be applied (propensity, churn, CLV, uplift, channel, etc.) and how they support business decisions;
- Lead the selection of algorithms, feature engineering strategies, validation, and explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME);
- Collaborate with engineering and MLOps teams to ensure real-time performance and integration with the Customer Platform;
- Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in algorithmic decision-making;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
- Masters or PhD in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field;
- 6+ years of experience in production-level Data Science / Machine Learning projects, ideally in marketing, personalization, or customer engagement contexts;
- Proven experience with predictive and causal models (e.g., X-Learner, uplift models);
- Familiarity with regulated environments (finance, healthcare, or telecommunications is a plus);
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical design.
