In ADSEO we establish internal and external communication mechanisms to solve XFN communication problems to improve communication efficiency. The team is responsible for standardising the project management process, including requirement management, quality management, efficiency management, manpower management, etc. to improve project management efficiency.
The new Group Leader will be responsible to grow and scale large teams via internal development mechanism, and manage a group of team leaders with variety of experience levels. The Group leader will also maintain customer relationships, improving response and delivery times as well as increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including operational delivery, problem resolution and career development.
- Support clear expectation setting to support strong delivery, including planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop effective and efficient cross functional partnerships, to support the operations and influence action.
- Oversee, maintain & create Training Management related items for onsite teams, such as onboarding plans, knowledge enablement scores, training success rate.
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant.
