Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and answering and directing incoming calls

Provide support to the sales, pm and marketing team

Can work independently but also thrives in a team based environment

Handle incoming and outgoing mail & couriers

General typing, word processing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and archiving

Updating the client database & diary management as required

Provide research assistance, compile data and prepare reports

Keep reception, boardroom & kitchen areas clean and tidy

Maintain a high ethical and professional profile in accordance with the industry and company standards

Maintain a well-groomed and business like appearance

The successful candidate will have:

Proficient in Microsoft package, strong attention to detail, organisational skills

Previous Real Estate administration experience essential

Able to prioritise, work with competing deadlines, take initiative, be flexible and efficient

Great customer service skills

You like to be busy, can juggle and be challenged

A great work ethic combined with enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude

A genuine care factor and dedication to process & procedure

Must have or be willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration

You will be the face of our business, you are friendly, bubbly and display an enthusiastic attitude towards our clients, be well presented, organised and have impeccable communication skills.
