The Role
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Prepare and process accounting documents such as invoices and expense forms.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts as directed.
- Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal staff and external partners.
Your Profile
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
- Previous accounting or administrative experience is an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
