About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Payable Intern to join our Sourcing Admin Services team in Lisbon. You will be part of a 6-person team that supports France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, all working from Lisbon, ensuring daily collaboration and a great team environment. This internship offers valuable experience in international procurement and finance operations, with the opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills in a global context.
What You Will Do
Support invoice management activities via InvoiceTrack
Help maintain accurate supplier and sourcing documentation
Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and accounting teams
Participate in admin and accounting-related projects
Contribute to process improvements and ensure data accuracy
Assist with document translation/verification using digital tools
Join team meetings and prepare summaries/action points
Who You Are
Degree in Economics, Business, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team player with strong communication skills
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
