Job Description
This role is designed to provide comprehensive support across all aspects of client business management, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
As a Senior Planner, the individual is expected to work independently and proactively, delivering media strategies that are well-supported by research, analysis, and insights to strengthen the strategic process. They serve as a crucial link between the planning and operational teams, translating brand objectives into effective and precise implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains high standards of quality and consistency by utilizing established methodologies, workflows, platforms/tools, and templates.
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure campaigns launch on time, following best practices and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Cultivates and strengthens relationships with the main stakeholders (client, team and media owners) to deliver market-leading planning solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
Solid understanding of both offline and digital media.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proven business expertise with a successful track record in Media roles.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop unconventional solutions to complex problems.
Skilled in crafting tailored strategic frameworks and storytelling approaches aligned with client needs and market opportunities. Experience in developing impactful presentations and guidelines.
Excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
