The European, African, Middle East & India (AMEI) Centers of Excellence (COEs) are responsible for defining, updating, and sharing best practices, processes, and methodologies across Air Liquide in their areas of responsibility. Working with the Group COE, they also provide support—measured by KPIs—to ensure HR processes are effectively used by HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, people managers, and employees. Our teams are spread across Europe and AMEI.
The CoE Learning and Development is responsible for empowering all employees in their self-learning journey, upskilling and maintaining the internal trainers’ community designing and deploying the learning offer and new ways of learning for employees, managers and HR teams, supporting the adoption of the myHR learning module, deploying the training and qualification roadmap supported by the Intelex™ tool and consists of four subteams: Learning Experience, Content Creation, Performance Tools & Methods and Training & Qualifications.
During your 24 months V.I.E. 's assignment as Learning & Development Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in Lisbon, Portugal, you will become a pivotal part of the “Performance Tools & Methods” team.
Our mission is to harmonize and digitalize training and qualification processes across Europe and Middle East, leveraging our Group's central solution. We aim to ensure seamless compliance with internal & regulatory standards, empowering our teams with efficient and effective Training and Qualification paths.
As “Learning and development Project Coordinator (m/f/d)-V.I.E”, you'll gain experience in a large international organization across countries, contribute to a high-impact digital transformation, and develop strong project management and compliance skills in a dynamic international environment.
Your key responsibilities will be the following:
The Learning & Development Project Coordinator (m/f/d) will be part of the project of the transition of learning administration activities, currently handled by local learning administrators, to the Business Service Center (BSC) in Portugal.
This multi-phase project will start in September, focusing on aligning practices and optimizing processes.
Main tasks will be around :
Conducting a detailed assessment of current local practices to identify gaps against the target processes defined for the BSC in Portugal.
Preparing and executing a comprehensive knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth and efficient handover of operations. Standard business processes will have been pre-defined, serving as the foundation for this strategic initiative.
Working closely with local team members to implement process improvements.
