The Opportunity
WTW is seeking a Senior Analyst to support its Transfer Pricing Planning team within the global tax function. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in transfer pricing and international tax planning. The Senior Analyst will assist in executing planning projects, preparing financial models, and supporting documentation efforts. The role involves collaboration with global teams and provides exposure to a wide range of business and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing transfer pricing planning projects, including data collection, financial analysis, and documentation.
- Develop financial models to evaluate intercompany transactions and planning scenarios.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Legal teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business operations.
- Help coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications across teams.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and planning documentation.
- Assist in audit readiness and support responses to transfer pricing-related inquiries.
- Participate in functional analysis interviews and contribute to write-ups.
- Use data visualization and analytics tools to support planning insights and reporting.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to transfer pricing and assist in impact assessments.
- Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of transfer pricing governance frameworks and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Assist in maintaining process documentation and internal controls related to transfer pricing planning activities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax planning, or related fields (Big Four, law firm, or multinational corporation preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau), and familiarity with common AI tools, prompting and their applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Interest in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- CPA or advanced degree (e.g., Economics, Tax, Finance) is a plus but not required
