About the Role
As a Training Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling continuous learning across Essity. Acting as a bridge between the Training Administration Team and key stakeholders, you will ensure the smooth delivery of training services, support strategic projects, and contribute to the development of our learning culture. This is a fixed-term (up to 12 months), full-time hybrid role based in Lisbon, ideal for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Do
Stakeholder Support: Handle complex training-related requests via ServEss, Teams, and Outlook, ensuring timely resolution.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate training reports in the LMS and prepare insights for Learning & Leadership Managers and Essity University.
Team Coaching: Mentor and support Training Administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Process Improvement: Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to the Training Administration Manager for consideration.
Project Collaboration: Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects with Learning & Leadership CoE and other stakeholders.
Operational Coordination: Oversee daily training administration activities and ensure efficient service delivery.
Communication & Engagement: Assist in communications to employees, managers, and stakeholders to promote learning initiatives.
Who You Are
University degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training administration.
Proficient in Cornerstone, Office 365, Workday, and Learning Management Systems.
Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and ability to work in a matrix structure.
Collaborative, analytical, and proactive with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in French and English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
