BUILD SMART ACADEMY - TÉTRIS TRAINEE PROGRAMME 2025I2026
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Build Smart Academy is the 7th edition of JLL's graduate program, tailored specifically for Tétris. This 12-month paid internship initiative aims to develop new talent within Tétris' unique design and build environment. The program focuses on core competencies in sustainability, design, construction, and project management, offering hands-on experience in real projects across the Design, Budget and Construction Management departments.

Tétris is JLL's specialized division in Architecture & Fit Out projects for commercial development, retail spaces, hotels, and offices. By combining theoretical learning with practical application, the Build Smart Academy prepares the next generation of professionals to excel in the dynamic world of commercial interior design and construction, aligning with Tétris' commitment to innovation and client-centric solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Recent graduates in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Sense of responsibility
- Curiosity and learning capacity
- Good IT skills in Office suite and AutoCAD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the management and monitoring of construction works according to budget, planning, quality and deadlines, ensuring JLL's image
- Analyze and study the project in detail before starting construction, clarifying doubts with the main stakeholders (project teams, estimators, client, etc.)
- Participate in weekly meetings, reporting information on construction execution, Cost Plan and Production Management Dashboard, Construction Procedures, Planning, Provisional Receptions and Account Closures
- Prepare and compile information necessary for construction supervision, meeting with inspectors to clarify issues or solve construction problems
